Additionally, create detailed run-of-shows to ensure that all partners have their designated time with each athlete, maintaining a seamless schedule with no gaps to keep the athlete engaged throughout the day.

From product sourcing to catering, hair & makeup, hotels, security, timekeeping, and athlete assistance, right down to cups of tea and Nando’s orders!

These types of projects require an immense level of organisation and initiative, thinking fast on your feet when the plan inevitably doesn't go to plan, but making sure it still appears seamless for everyone else.
